Mr. Gupta has 25 years experience in the IT Consulting Industry in the U.S. In his various roles, Mr. Gupta has been involved in starting, growing and running IT practices, both onshore (U.S) and offshore (India) for medium and large U.S IT Consulting Companies. He has been involved in selling and managing large consulting projects to fortune 500 companies in the U.S and Europe.
Prior to joining CORE Projects, Mr. Gupta was responsible for leading the global operations of U.S. based software & services based company. Mr. Gupta successfully launched a global delivery operation in India and managed to grow the company more than 50% annually. Besides launching the company, he was involved in recruiting IT Professionals at all levels, establishing a global delivery model for U.S. and European Clients, launching new offerings and integrating service offering with often practices of the firms. He also led the Document Management & Workflow Practice for Deloitte Consulting. He was responsible for integrating technology offerings with Financial Service including Insurance, Healthcare & Public Sector practices.
He holds a BS in Science and an MBA degree from the California State University.
Mr. Mehta joined CORE Projects & Technologies in August 2007. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, development and innovation efforts at CORE. Amit has more than 18 years of experience in leading development of software products and services.
Prior to CORE, Amit was co-founder and VP of Engineering at Smarte Inc. where he was responsible for building sophisticated technology for web crawling and information extraction. Prior to Smarte, he was founder & CEO of NewSoft Tech where he built a successful consulting business and worked with wide range of firms in health care, semiconductor, finance and services industries. Prior to NewSoft Tech, he held management and chief software architect positions at Computing Technologies International and Gamma Group Inc.
He holds a BS in Production Engineering from V.J.T.I., University of Bombay and an MS in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
Mr. Iyer is the co-founder of ECS (A wholly owned subsidiary of CORE Projects and Technologies Ltd.) with more than twenty five years of excellence in management and experience in Educational software solutions, consulting, and application development, marketing and sales. He has successfully identified areas of growth both in products and services, using new technologies, to create a highly motivated team of professionals with high standards of achievement. For more than a decade, he has been involved in the complex negotiation and management of very large educational software development projects with several State Departments of Education in the US.
Under his leadership and guidance the company has been on an aggressive growth path doubling in size both in resources and revenue in the past few years. His extensive project management and technical skills include development of solutions on different platforms such as Microsoft and Oracle.
As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Ginn is responsible for listening to the needs of our clients and developing solutions from the resources of CORE Education, either internally or through our large network of affiliates. Mr. Ginn helps build CORE Education’s relationships with leading companies and strengthens our ongoing partnerships with our clients.
He has over 29 years of experience in sales and marketing. He worked with IBM for 27 years, completing his career as an Associate Partner in IBM Global Services. Mr. Ginn specialized in developing solution service offerings for the education industry. He developed an in-depth knowledge of the technology needs of the education industry and was recognized by IBM as an Executive Consultant for the Education Industry. Mr. Ginn had the opportunity of working with school districts of varying sizes from the largest in the US, New York City Schools, to those with 2000-3000 students. Prior to becoming involved with IBM's education marketing and support organization, he worked with the construction industry as an advisory sales and support representative. He has also worked as a technical sales resource manager for IBM where he was responsible supporting the company's distribution and manufacturing clients.
Mr. Ginn holds a BS from The United States Military Academy, West Point and a Master's Certificate in Business Administration from Tulane University.

As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Ms. Logan guides CORE Education in providing superior implementation services and solutions that consistently exceed clients' expectations.
For almost 20 years, Ms. Logan has implemented technology, organization and operations solutions for a variety of clients, saving them time and money and improving their business processes. She has provided management consulting and information technology solutions for a variety of clients including state/local municipalities, school districts and non-profit agencies.
Combining her keen ability to analyze and understand complex business problems with excellent communications skills, Ms. Logan has resolved many performance issues and implemented numerous large-scale applications. She has helped a number of clients, including over 30 government entities, identify and resolve business process, change management and information technology performance issues.
Ms. Logan has extensive knowledge and insight of the No Child Left Behind Legislation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Technical Studies with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Southern Illinois University and a Masters of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
As Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Rowland leads CORE Educations consulting group in delivering superior implementation services and solutions.
Mr. Rowland has an extensive and diverse business background and has spent the last 30 years in the federal government, state and local government, and education and construction industries. He has lead major governmental programs and has managed both large information technology and facility engineering programs and projects. He has spent the last 9 years with the IBM Corporation and held various positions including National Consulting Practice Executive and National Sales Director for the United States in IBM's Global Business Solutions Division. As the National Sales Director he was responsible for delivering in excess of $150 million in annual technology services sales.
Mr. Rowland brings a deep and in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by the government and public education today. He has managed programs and projects for clients at all levels of government and in public education including programs in excess of $25 million. Using this experience, he combines a keen ability to analyze and understand complex business problems with excellent communications skills and has successfully completed numerous large-scale client projects.
Mr. Rowland holds a BSME from The United States Naval Academy, Annapolis and a Master of Science Degree in Contract/Project Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Mr. Phansikar has over 24 years experience in design & development of Solutions in Defense, Simulation, Telecommunications, Data Processing, Control Systems as well as Bespoke Software. He has extensive experience of Product Development, Technical Marketing, Multi-locational Turnkey Projects, Customer Management and handling of large teams. Some of the systems he developed include Mission Critical Military Grade Systems, Air Traffic Controller Simulator, Radar Tracking Systems, Logistics solutions and solutions for Mobile Technologies, In-flight Entertainment.
He has performed variety of roles which include COO, VP in Outsourced Product Development Organization, Group Head of Embedded and Mobility Computing, Chief Technical Architect, Head Network Solutions Group and Head International Business Development. He started UK, Swiss and US operations for couple of Fortune 100 Indian IT companies.
A well networked person in the industry, his interests are in providing strategic directions to start-ups and growing organizations.
Mr. Tekale has over 19 years experience in sales, marketing and general management in various domains such as engineering, FMCG, software products, software services and solutions and outsourcing. His achievements include setting up and growing business units in new geographies, creating profitable new market segments, managing P/L business divisions, and creating corporate wealth.

Over 15 years experience at operational director level of electronic communication services in both the commercial and education sectors with specific project management of software installations and large managed internet service provision contracts within the education industry over the past five years.
Mr. Jones has been responsible for the development of Azzurri Education software products and supply of internet services for education in a variety of public Authorities including Shropshire County Council and Education Authority; East Riding Education Authority; Kingston upon Hull Education Authority; Warwickshire Education Authority and Doncaster Education Authority. These services include education software, content management software, Broadband and ISDN connectivity, filtering and email.
Mr. Newman has a background in Sales & Marketing and Training. He worked as the Training Manager for two major UK Corporations in the Leisure Industry before moving into a Sales Management role in the IT industry in 1982. He joined Hamlet in 1988 as Business Development Manager and has been responsible for Hamlet gaining its high profile in the education market place. He took over as Managing Director in 1997 and still plays a key sales and client management role in both the UK and overseas.
Mr. Jenkins is the head of technical solutions. He spent the early part of his career in the aerospace sector, including four years in the USA as an associate professor. He also has been a divisional manager with Logica for ten years. He led much of the pioneering work on the Balanced Scorecard in the UK, integrating this approach with improvements in Corporate Governance. He is a strategic consultant to the public sector through the OGC and is currently supporting change in the Police Service. He is called upon by the European Commission to evaluate multi-million € programmes. Mr. Jenkins has an MA in Engineering and an MS in Astronautics.

Mr. Duffin joined Hamlet in January 1988 and has been responsible for the Company's transition from proprietary to Open Systems. He has successfully managed the design and implementation of several major examinations computer systems, including seven National School Examination Board sites. He has gained a high level of understanding of the operational practices and needs of qualifications authorities. He has overall responsibility for all major projects, which currently include YHA, RAFBF, Uganda and The Bahamas.
Apart from examinations systems, Mr. Duffin has been involved in the management of projects for membership, conference and charity organisations and is the author of Hamlet's "Total Systems Quality" plan.

Currently he is the President of the ERP Division of CORE projects & Technologies Ltd.
Mr. Minocha is a graduate from BITS, Pilani, India. He holds a Masters in Science and a Bachelors in Engineering from BITS, Pilani.
He is a Private Pilot and flies Single Engine Cessna from the Reid Hill View Airport. He became a Pilot in 1997. Sanjay also loves sports like Golf, snorkeling, skiing, swimming, kayaking, rock climbing.
Mr. Chittore has over 14 years experience in IT consulting and IT sales dealing with fortune 500 companies. He has significant experience in managing accounts and converting them into profitable entities with ability to strategize ways to retain clients and generate recurring revenue. In the past, Mr. Chittore has managed large projects which include software product development and end-to-end solutions across industry domains. He also designed and implemented delivery frame work methodology for large implementations and managed global ERP implementations.
Mr. Chittore is proficient in instituting processes for core business areas from sales prospecting stage until the final delivery, resulting in shorter delivery periods and quality customer service. His expertise to augment the company’s image in terms of profitability, revenue growth and market standing has fetched great results in the past. Prior to CORE, Mr. Chittore worked in large organizations like KPMG and BearingPoint at various levels.
