The main objectives of this part of the project are to collect the information of child from each house in all the villages across the state.
Objectives of CTS
To identify children for enrollment to schools
To get information of Educational status of 0-14 age group children
To get reasons of children ‘out of school’ and also to get gender wise , category wise and religion wise children information
To ensure retention and quality education
Proper Technology has to be used to transfer data to a database for each district
The school data has to be mapped into the system by giving a unique code
The child data for each district should be consolidated at a central location so that different kinds of reports can be generated.
The reports are planning level reports and analytical reports based on the information gathered. The reports should have excellent search facility so that the people can search particular child information in the entire state. Following are few reports that can be generated from the CTS database:
