CORE Projects & Technologies consolidates its business in the education sector by acquisition of K12 Division of Princeton Review Inc., a NASDAQ listed Education Company, through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary CORE Education & Consulting Solutions Inc., USA.

Princeton Review was founded in 1981 and headquartered in New York City, the Company offers private tutoring and classroom and online test preparation to help students improve their scores in college and graduate school admissions tests. The Company's free website, CORE K12.com, helps over half of university-bound students for research, apply to, prepare for, and learn how to pay for their higher education. In addition, The Princeton Review works with school districts in around the U.S. to measurably strengthen students' academic skills by connecting ongoing assessment with professional development and instruction and by providing districts with college and career resources for both students and guidance counselors. The Company also authors more than 200 print and software titles on test preparation, college and graduate school selection and admissions, and related topics.

The Princeton Review’s K12 division currently focuses on three areas:

The Princeton Review’s K12 division products and solutions include:

The Princeton Review’s K12 division currently partners with the following districts to provide integrated educational solutions:

Princeton Review’s K12 is a well-known brand around the globe. The company is allowing CORE Projects to use its brand name for 2 years to market the products in the US, UK and India. CORE Projects is currently doing business with 17 States in the United States, over 1,000 schools in the UK and some 12 local authorities, 8 countries in Africa and 3 countries in the Caribbean Islands. Besides expanding its products and solutions offerings globally, CORE Projects is very confident of cross selling its newly acquired products and solutions to its existing clients. This acquisition will add approximately US $24 million to CORE Projects top line numbers.

With the acquisition of the K-12 division of The Review, Core believes it has acquired products and solutions, along with the management team, which will not only expand its offerings in the U.S. education market, but will also, position CORE Projects as a dominant player in the education sector in the global markets like the UK and India.
